We repair the products we sell, including Compacta®, Miniline® and Flexline actuators. Our factory-trained technicians have the knowledge and experience to return your actuator to top performance. All work is warranted for 6 months.
To get an estimate of the repair costs and begin the repair process, we request that a customer obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from us. The RMA number can be obtained by submitting our online form or by calling us. The RMA serves as a tracking tool and provides us with valuable information such as the serial number and a description of the problem. Space is provided for the customer’s name, address, PO#, and for any comments. After filling in the form, the customer receives an acknowledgement and a Packing Slip to print out.
After we receive your actuator we will evaluate the problem and prepare a formal quotation that outlines the scope of work involved. If a customer opts to have us do the repairs, we will request a Purchase Order or a credit card. This will allow us to order the repair parts that we need. If the actuator is deemed non-repairable or the customer does not want to fix it, there is a minimum charge of $100 for the inspection and evaluation.
