Flexline/EZ 10, 20, 30 Actuators

The Flexline/EZ actuator shown in the functional drawing below includes extruded aluminum housing, acme screw, 2 internal adjustable limit switches and safety switches, end-of stroke cushion for over-stroke protection, anti-rotation thrust tube, safety overheat sensor in the windings of the stator, and bronze or plastic drive nut. It also includes the optional electromagnetic sensors. It is designed to operate in a temperature range from 32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit and is lubricated for 100,000 cycles.
